describing the camera shots

Notes:

close up zoom- a close up emphasizes a key moment, or movement. it means that you can see small movements much more clearly.

long shot- a long shot allows you to see a panorama: the sky the ground and all around. a long shot often provides context and background.

camera angle- the camera angle tells us a huge amount about what the choreographer wants to communicate. for and example the camera follows the girl from beginning, it is placed at low level looking up on the cliff. the angles are there for a reason they show things they have meanings they make you look at it in a whole different way.

film edit – the way that the film has been edited also helps to communicate meaning. has it been slowed down or sped up , maybe overlaid or cut.
